2020 was a pivotal year. Not only for the Government and people of Lesotho (Basotho), but also for UNDP as part of the UN family in Lesotho. It marked the second year following the adoption of UN Resolution A/RES/72/279 (May 2018) which set out the UN repositioning of the UN development system. The subsequent reforms process translated into farreaching changes in the way the UN supports countries to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
